Promoting health and wellbeing is an important part of doing this.
We recognised that rates of absenteeism are a crucial indicator of employee engagement and the health and wellbeing of our people, and managing the causes and effects of absenteeism is at the centre of this agenda.
Good health is important to all of us and as responsible employer we provide a comprehensive range of services to support people. There services are aimed at maintaining a fit and healthy work life balance through and are delivered through our Occupational Health Programme and Employee Assistance Programme.
