All Heathrow employees are eligible to join our defined contribution pension scheme, operated by Fidelity. You'll be automatically enrolled onto the scheme on the date you start work.
Our employees contribute 5% of their salary and the company pays a further 10%. Other options to increase or reduce these levels of contribution or opt out altogether are also available.
