Pension

All Heathrow employees are eligible to join our defined contribution pension scheme, operated by Fidelity. You'll be automatically enrolled onto the scheme on the date you start work.

Our employees contribute 5% of their salary and the company pays a further 10%. Other options to increase or reduce these levels of contribution or opt out altogether are also available.

Information and advice on everything from financial and legal issues to relationship and work matters are available confidentially and free of charge, 24 hours a day.

Healthcare

Take out private healthcare cover and we will pay half the cost. Your membership can be extended to cover your family too.
