Working at Heathrow during 2012

Do you plan to work at Heathrow during the 2012 Games? We need journalists, news crews and photographers to register with us in advance. This will enable you to get your story and will help us to provide you with best possible facilities.

During Games time, all media working at the airport will be issued with a pass, enabling you to work freely within marked media zones in the terminal landside areas. Access will not be permitted without a pass so register now to receive yours.

We will provide all media who accredit to work at the airport during the summer of 2012 with access to a package of facilities, services and perks to ensure you have the best possible experience. Our Media Assistants will also be on hand in the terminals during Games time to assist you. Register with us now and we will be in touch before the Games to provide you with further information.

  1. Only journalists who have registered with Heathrow will be allowed to work at the airport during Games time.
  2. You must have an official pass to work at Heathrow during Games time.
  3. You must work within the designated marked zones only.
  4. These terms and conditions are specific to filming requirements during the Games. Please note that all filming, photography and recording at Heathrow outside of Games time currently requires a permit.
