As the interface between Heathrow and airport stakeholders, Capgemini, with its partner SITA, is responsible for providing current IT services and developing new services. Our objective is the straightforward implementation of services delivered from our intimate knowledge of the airport environment.
Capgemini and SITA have established an account team on-site to work proactively with you, our business partners. We’ll listen to your business needs and respond with compelling business solutions, ensuring that your expectations are met throughout the process. Furthermore, and, where you ask us to, we’ll suggest ways of harnessing the latest technological innovations as well.

Heathrow owns a state-of-the-art telecommunications infrastructure, based on future-proof technology, that forms the basis of our service portfolio and on which we currently provide the following services:

- Fibre cabling
- Flight Information Display Screens (FIDS)
- Staff Information Systems (SIS)
- IPTV - television connectivity
