Self-service ordering portal

The Heathrow customer ordering portal is designed to make it easy to order and track your work requisitions. It ensures continuous access to your information and is a central point for communications between yourself and your account manager.

The portal allows you to:

  • Create new service orders
  • View existing service orders and their status
  • View the product collateral with detailed information about our products and services
  • Download the latest price book.

How to access the portal

Access to the portal must be requested by emailing the following details to aquila.frazdaq@sita.aero.

Company
Email address
Role / Position
Telephone number

A user name and temporary password will be issued to you from Salesforce.
