Three steps to getting your 75% discount

Step 1

To purchase your season ticket simply take a passport sized photograph along to your local First Great Western ticket office and show your valid company or Heathrow Airport ID card to get a 75% discount on the full ticket price.

Please contact the Heathrow Commuter Team on 020 8745 2766 between Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 15:00 to discuss you eligibility for the discount as some passes are not currently being accepted.

Step 2

Your Heathrow Connect photo ID card is made for you immediately at the station and you can then purchase your season ticket whether weekly, monthly or annually.

Please note: Some of these stations do NOT have photo booths so please make sure you have a passport sized photograph ready.

Step 3

To renew your season ticket then all you need to do is take your current season ticket and Heathrow Connect photo ID card to your nearest First Great Western ticket office.
