Heathrow lost property service
Heathrow Airport's lost property office is operated by bagport.
Recovering your lost property
If you need to find a missing item, please use the following three-step process.
Step 1. Check the lost property database
Every item found is added to the database and given a generic description (eg black wallet, Nokia smartphone etc). Check to see if there is a similar item to the one you have lost.
Step 2. Provide details
If you see something that resembles your lost item, simply fill out the enquiry form. If there is a match we'll contact you with a unique reference number.
Complete the enquiry form here
Step 3. Tell us where to send it
When you have your reference number just tell us where to send it and we will post it to you. Please note that a charge is made to cover administration and postage costs.
Opening hours
The office is open every day from 08:00 – 19:00.
