Heathrow special assistance bus
The Heathrow special assistance bus is available to connecting passengers with reduced mobility, to help with transfers between terminals.
All our Flight Connections buses provide accessible transport to your departure terminal. However, if you need to pass through arrivals (to pick up baggage, for example) they won’t be available for your journey.
In this case, when you arrive at Heathrow simply tell a member of staff that you need to use the special assistance bus. It will call at the terminal forecourt to collect you.
This service is provided free of charge.
