BAA is just one of many organisations operating at Heathrow, all of whom are critical to the smooth running of a busy international airport.

These include airlines, ground operations teams, baggage handlers, retailers and suppliers. They all affect our ability to achieve our corporate responsibility objectives. 

While we often do not have direct control over the practices of companies, we can use our influence to ensure compliance with BAA policies and regulatory requirements and to ensure effective management of corporate responsibility issues.
