This year, in addition to regular HACC and Local Focus Forum meetings we:

• Continued the publication of our Heathrow Inform newsletter. Heathrow Inform is sent quarterly to 17,000 homes in the local area. In it we cover a wide range of topics from airport operations, Heathrow’s future, education, community investment to employment opportunities. In response to residents’ feedback, the newsletter now includes more articles on careers at Heathrow and current job vacancies
• Held a public consultation on Heathrow Airtrack, a proposed new rail link between Terminal 5 and Staines, linking into the existing rail network to the south and west of Heathrow and providing services to Reading, Guildford and London Waterloo. The initial consulation finished in April 2008.
