We have made considerable progress with revising the Managing Responsibly System throughout 2007, which will be rolled out and embedded during 2008. We will also deliver a safety behavioural change campaign.

We will be working closely with teams developing new airport infrastructure over the coming year to reduce potential hazards. We will also be working with the airline relocations team to ensure all airline moves are carried out safely for all those involved.

We aim further to develop our Fire Safety procedures throughout 2008 and improve the tools and training for our leadership and operational management teams. We will extend the successful pilot of the Terminal 3 stakeholder fire forum into other business areas in order to coordinate and develop a collaborative apporach to managing fire safety.
