Over the next five years we will be investing £4.8 billion in the refurbishment and renewal of Heathrow’s facilities.

Our plans for 2008:

To update the Airport Travel Plan
To continue to develop Airtrack and Personal Rapid Transit
To continue to work with bus and coach operators to develop service improvements for a five terminal airport
To ensure lessons learned from Terminal 5 are transferred to Heathrow East (which will replace Terminals 1 and 2)
To continue to increase the public transport mode share for both passengers and staff.
