Our management

The Board
Our board of directors runs the company on behalf of our shareholders. They decide our long-term direction, business objectives and strategy, and make sure we have have all the resources needed to achieve our goals. The board also monitors our performance, looks after our risk management and makes sure that we meet our responsibilities.

The Executive Committee
Our executive committee develops and recommends medium and long-term strategies to the board. They also provide support to achieve these goals as well as monitoring the results.
