Heathrow is connected to central London by the Piccadilly line. There are two Underground stations, one serves Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and the other serves Terminal 4. The journey time to central London is approximately 50 minutes.

Both Heathrow underground stations have step free access to the platforms, however many other stations do not. If you are mobility impaired we recommend that you check your route beforehand with London Underground. • The tube station for Terminals 1, 2 and 3 is located beneath the airport's central bus station and is a five to ten minute walk from Terminals 1 and 2 and a ten to 15 minute walk from Terminal 3. There are help buttons on either side of the up escalators to call station staff who will take you to a lift to reach the ticket office level. From here, there are lifts to take you to ground level and the central bus station.
• Terminal 4 underground station is located in the terminal. If you are a wheelchair user, you will need to seek assistance from station staff to pass through the trolley barriers.
• If you need assistance in order to reach check in, there is a help point on the left side as you leave the station concourse.
