All 22,000 licensed London black cabs have wheelchair access. There is no need to book in advance - simply go to the taxi rank on each of the terminal forecourts.
At Terminal 1 the taxi will leave the rank and turn into the inner forecourt so that passengers can be loaded safely from the correct side.
