Look out for the distinctive green uniforms of our personal shopping consultants in the departure lounge. They can offer you impartial advice on special offers, allowances and gift ideas or if you are simply having difficulty finding what you want, our specialist consultants will have suggestions to suit any personality and pocket. You can shop at your own pace and the service is free.
The staff are available on request from the shopping information points, or can be booked in advance by calling on 0870 850 2825 (UK) or +44 (0)121 410 5105 (from outside the UK). Please note, that due to high demand, our personal shopping consultants at Heathrow Airport are only available to give advice, but can not be booked in advance to accompany you whilst shopping.
