1. Welcome to Heathrow!

Thank you for choosing us for your flight connection. As you'll need to change terminals to catch your onward flight, here's all the essential information you need to enjoy a smooth, pleasant journey.

When you leave the aircraft, please follow the signs for Arrivals and pick up your baggage, then continue to the main arrivals concourse.

2. Transfer between terminals

3. Check in

On arrival at your departure terminal, please follow the signs to departures and make your way to the check-in area. Use our terminal maps if you want more help with this part of the journey.

4. Security control

After checking in you need to pass through security control. You are advised to do this as early as possible to avoid any delay to your journey. That way you'll know exactly how long you have to relax in the departure lounge, and can enjoy the many shops, bars and cafes before going to your gate.
