Baggage reclaim | Picking up luggage at Heathrow
Search Heathrow
Heathrow is the UK’s only hub airport and an important economic asset. But today Heathrow is full and vulnerable to foreign competition.
Baggage reclaim

After passport control, follow the arrivals signs to the baggage reclaim area. Look for your flight on the information screens and wait for confirmation that your baggage is ready. When it is, the carousel number will be displayed.
Free baggage trolleys are provided for your use and plenty will be available in the reclaim hall.
There may be baggage from more than one flight on each carousel, so in the interests of safety and efficiency, please try not to block the way for other passengers.
Baggage enquiries
Baggage handling and delivery is the responsibility of the airlines from the point of check-in to the point of collection. If anything is left on an aircraft or an airline bus, please contact the relevant airline immediately.
Some carriers subscribe to a replacement service for baggage which has been damaged in transit. For details please contact your airline directly.
