Left baggage

There are left luggage/baggage storage facilities in each terminal at Heathrow Airport. Baggage and luggage items can be stored for a few hours or up to 90 days.

All items are subject to security checks, including X-ray screening and random hand searches.

Left Luggage services are operated by the Excess Baggage Company. Visit their dedicated left luggage and baggage storage website for more information. Alternatively, call +44 (0)20 8759 3344 or email heathrow@excess-baggage.com.

Charges are £8 per item per 24 hours (or part thereof).

Left baggage office locations

Terminal 1
Arrivals level (ground floor), next to lifts for Heathrow Express.
Opening hours: 06:00 - 23:00.

Terminal 3
Arrivals level (ground floor).
Opening hours: 05.30 - 23:00.

Terminal 4
Arrivals and mezzanine level (ground floor), west end of arrivals hall.
Opening hours: 05:30 - 23:00.

Terminal 5
Arrivals level (ground floor), UK arrivals end.
Opening hours: 05:30 - 23:00.

Competitive unaccompanied baggage rates and services are available at these locations. You can also buy luggage and travel accessories.

Please note that for security reasons there are no storage lockers for luggage at Heathrow Airport.
