Heathrow's Master Plan

In June 2005, we published an interim Master Plan for Heathrow Airport that set out potential plans for how the airport could develop in the future. We used the Master Plan as a tool for consultation, to allow us to get feedback from stakeholders on possible proposals.

The consultation on the Master Plan is now closed but many people still find it useful to refer to. The Master Plan and the drawings that accompany it are available to download here. Please note that information in the Masterplan is from 2005 and there is more up-to-date data and maps available in the Department for Transport’s consultation on Heathrow’s growth.
