Are you thinking of doing more exercise? Then why not do it on your way to work? Commuting to work on a bike could help you keep fit, improve your health, save you money and help reduce CO2 emissions.
Heathrow can be reached via a network of cycle paths. If you want to ride into London you can plan a cycle route using the Transport for London journey planner.
It's also possible to use the Grand Union Canal towpath for much of the ride to Paddington (which takes just over 90 minutes).
