Help Points

Assistance can be provided for you from any one of our help points. Help points are located within each of the short stay car parks (Red, Orange and Green as well as the Fast Track and Pick Up areas). You can request free wheelchair push/provision or help with baggage from here to check in. For those requiring assistance at the set down area on the terminal forecourt, help phones are located outside the revolving entry doors as well as along the outer lane pavement for the same purpose.
