Direct luxury Railair coaches and buses connect Heathrow to the national rail network.

You can buy a combined coach and train ticket to cover your whole journey.

Railair coach services run between Heathrow Terminal 5 and Reading and Woking, from early morning until late at night.

Additionally, the Railair to Watford Junction or the 285 local bus to Feltham station depart from the central bus station serving Terminals 1,2,3 - a free transfer is available using Heathrow Express trains.

You don't have to be a rail passenger to use these services.

Heathrow to Reading

From Reading trains run to Bristol, west and south-west England, Cardiff and south Wales, and the Cotswolds.

At Woking trains run to and from Aldershot, Winchester, Salisbury, Portsmouth, Southampton and Bournemouth.

This service is operated by National Express.

Take the 285 bus to Feltham for trains to Richmond, Bracknell, London Waterloo and Clapham Junction (for connections to southern England).

This service runs from the Heathrow central bus station.

At Watford trains run to and from the Midlands, Manchester, north-west England and Scotland.

This service runs from the Heathrow central bus station and is operated by Virgin Trains.

Where to catch buses and coaches

Woking and Reading Railair coaches call at the Terminal 5 bus station on the arrivals level, across the Interchange Plaza from the main terminal building.

The Watford Railair and 285 buses call at Heathrow central bus station. For a free transfer to the bus station, go to the Terminal 5 rail station, which is below the terminal building and reached by express lift. There you can take a Heathrow Express train to Heathrow Central. The bus station is a few minutes' walk from the platform and clearly signposted.
