Welcome to Heathrow Airport’s online Corporate Responsibility Report for 2006/07. This report is an update on our progress towards achieving our social, environmental and economic targets over the past financial year.

The information is intended to inform our different stakeholder audiences, which include our employees, local communities, government and non-governmental organisations.

The information in this report covers the financial year 2006/07 unless otherwise stated. Future reporting will cover each calendar year, to align with Grupo Ferrovial’s reporting cycle (Grupo Ferrovial is the majority shareholder in ADI, the consortium which now owns BAA).

Our reporting is subject to independent assurance by Environment Resources Management Limited (ERM) to ensure that we provide a complete and accurate picture of our performance.
