How can I book Heathrow Business Parking?

Just enter the date and time of when you want to arrive at Heathrow and the date and time of when you will depart the airport.

You can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before your slot.

How do I use Heathrow Business Parking?

On arrival at the entry barrier, your registration number will be automatically recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking details and the barrier will open. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

Courtesy coaches will be available from your location 24 hours a day. Between the hours of 23:00 and 04:00, use the intercom at the barrier to request a pick-up. Alternatively, call 020 8745 6261 and state the car park and Bus Stop number.

On your return, transfer from Terminal 2 is from Bus Stop 4 on Lane 1 of the Arrivals Forecourt. Terminal 3 pick-up is from Bus Stop 16 outside Arrivals. During out of hours period (23:30-04:00) please call 020 8745 6261 to request a transfer to the car park.

When you arrive at your car park, proceed to the exit. Your registration will be automatically recognised and the barrier will open for exit.
