Toilets

Toilet facilitiesToilets are provided throughout Heathrow Airport, in arrivals and departures, both before and after security. Most include a unisex, wheelchair-accessible toilet. Occasionally the accessible toilet is located inside the men's and ladies' toilets.

Parents travelling with children of the opposite sex are welcome to use the unisex accessible toilets.

Showers

ShowersShowers are provided both before and after security in Terminal 4 – just look for this symbol on airport signs.

Showers are also available in the Urban Retreat spa in Terminal 1. The charge is £15, including towel, brush, soap and shampoo plus complimentary tea and coffee. You can also use the lounge's futuristic massage chairs. Urban Retreat offers a wide range of treatments including Indian head massages, facials and nail treatment.
