If you are travelling within the UK or EU you can use our free Shop & Collect service to buy when you depart - then pick up purchases when you return.

Just tell staff in store when you make your purchase and they will arrange to have everything waiting for you at a convenient collection point in arrivals. No more lugging everything along on your travels.

Home delivery

When you are travelling within the UK or EU, you can have your purchases delivered to any UK mainland residential address, FREE when you spend £300 or more at Heathrow and use your Heathrow Rewards card. 

If you aren’t a Heathrow Rewards member, you can receive the same service when you spend £500 or more. Whether you have forgotten that last minute gift, or just want to take advantage of Heathrow prices without the baggage, just let staff know the delivery details and we will take care of the rest.

Heathrow Shop & Collect: terms and conditions

Only available to passengers travelling within the EU (including the UK). Free delivery is available when registered Heathrow Rewards members spend £300 or more and present their Heathrow Reward card at time of purchase. Free delivery is available to non-Heathrow Rewards members when they spend £500 or more. The purchaser is required to give complete delivery details at time of purchase including a full UK post code and contact telephone number for the recipient. Heathrow cannot be responsible for undelivered items when the correct delivery information has not been provided.

Delivery offer is for up to three items purchased in a single transaction in any Heathrow store. Maximum weight 20kg per delivery. Maximum insurance liability £2,000 per delivery. Deliveries will be made within three-five working days of purchase and are only available to UK mainland residential addresses. A signature is required at the destination address as proof of receipt. Three delivery attempts will be made, if the delivery is unsuccessful after this time, the goods will be returned to us and we will contact you to make new arrangements for delivery. There may be an additional charge for this service.
