Autumn 2014

Due to essential Crossrail improvement works being carried out by Network Rail this Autumn, there will be some changes to train services.

Heathrow Connect's stopping service to London Paddington links the airport with local stations in west London.

Journey times and frequency

Modern, air-conditioned trains run every 30 minutes. The journey between Paddington and Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3 takes about 25 minutes (a few minutes more for Terminal 4 or 5).

Route and fares

Single fares to or from Heathrow are as follows:

  • Hayes & Harlington: £5.90
  • Southall: £6.60
  • Hanwell: £6.60
  • West Ealing: £7.70
  • Ealing Broadway: £7.70

Train times

For timetable information, visit the Heathrow Connect website or call National Rail Enquiries on 0845 748 4950.

Where to catch trains

Trains from Paddington now terminate at Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Passengers travelling to Terminal 4 or Terminal 5 should change on to the Heathrow Express service at Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3 – travel between terminals is free.

For travel outside Heathrow, please ensure you buy your ticket at the station before boarding the train. A penalty fare zone operates between Hayes & Harlington and London Paddington.

London connections

Paddington station is close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. From Paddington you can catch trains to the South and West of England, or take London Underground's District, Circle, Bakerloo and Hammersmith & City lines.

You can also connect with the District and Central lines at Ealing Broadway.
